Returns & Exchanges

At Alakazam Magic, we want you to be spellbound by your style; if your garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Magic Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our enchanted warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
